Here are some of the stories making headlines in the Hudson

A Yonkers man has been indicted for murder. Terrence
Gonzalez is accused of fatally shooting Lateef Butler, 23, outside of an
apartment building on Nepperhan Avenue back in June. Gonzalez is now facing
murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges. He is due back in court on Oct. 1.

Saugerties man was seriously injured after allegedly crashing his motorcycle
while intoxicated.
Police say Santos Rivera III
was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana when he crashed on Route 9W in
Malden and was thrown from the bike on Monday. Officials say Rivera’s license
had previously been revoked. He now faces multiple charges.

Lewisboro Town Justice Marc Seedorf has been sentenced to six months in prison
for tax evasion. The South Salem resident pleaded guilty
last December to evading hundreds of thousands of dollars of federal income tax
from 2009 through October 2019. In addition to prison time, he will serve three years of supervised release and pay a fine of $55,000. He has
already paid over $207,000 in restitution to the IRS.
